Sabbatical
Wedding? Family emergency? Burnout? Full-time co-workers can take a month’s unpaid sabbatical.
Maternity and Paternity Leave
Having a baby is a big moment. Women co-workers get 26 weeks of paid maternity leave for the first two children, plus a month’s unpaid sabbatical. Men get 15 days of paid paternity leave plus 15 days of unpaid sabbatical.
